Benita Herma is a Board Member of the Diamond Board of Namibia and serves on the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, representing the jewellery manufacturing sector. She is dedicated to ensuring compliance and promoting Namibian diamonds. She holds the German “Abitur” from DHPS Windhoek, has studied Political Science, International Politics, and Languages at the University of the Witwatersrand, and has completed courses in Corporate Governance and Management at the University of Stellenbosch.
