Ms. Emily Kapulwa is a member of the Diamond Board of Namibia, where she serves on the Marketing Committee and represents small-scale mining producers. Ms. Kapulwa is dedicated to advocating for the interests of small-scale diamond producers, promoting sustainable development, and enhancing the visibility of Namibian diamonds on both local and international platforms.

Ms. Kapulwa holds an Honours Degree in Management (2010) and a Diploma in Office Administration (2008) from the International University of Management (IUM), Namibia. Additionally, she earned a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Institute of Management in Geneva, Switzerland (2011). Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) through MANCOSA, further strengthening her leadership and strategic management skills.

Throughout her tenure on the Diamond Board of Namibia, Ms. Kapulwa continues to play an instrumental role in promoting community involvement and sustainable growth within the small-scale mining sector. Her commitment to representing and uplifting small-scale mining producers is a testament to her passion for fostering a resilient and inclusive diamond industry in Namibia.
