Ms. Nekulilo Ithete serves on the Diamond Board of Namibia and is a member of the Marketing, PR, and Branding Committee, where she contributes to policy development and regulatory compliance. Her involvement in the diamond sector includes serving as treasurer of the Namibia Diamond Manufacturers Association (DIAMAN). She is committed to promoting local beneficiation and sustainability in the industry. Ms. Ithete holds a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Human Resources Management from the Namibia University of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing an MBA in Management Strategy at the University of Namibia.
