Ms. Pauline Kahupi serves on the Diamond Board of Namibia and represents the large-scale diamond producers. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Marketing, PR, and Branding Committee, which focuses on promoting and earning trust in Namibia’s natural diamonds. Pauline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and has completed both the Emerging Leaders Programme (EDP) and Accelerated Development Programme (ADP) at the London Business School. Additionally, she possesses an Executive MBA through the Valar Business Institute and has achieved Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) status through the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA).
