TaTe Diamonds, a fully Namibian-owned diamond company, celebrated the opening of its new flagship showroom in Atlanta, United States (US), on Sunday.
The company operates a vertically-integrated business model, which means they oversee every step of the diamond process, from sustainable sourcing to cutting, polishing and distribution.
They will now be displaying their pieces in their showroom in Buckhead, Atlanta’s luxury district, thus bringing Namibian craftsmanship to international audiences.
“This milestone marks a significant achievement, not only for TaTe Diamonds, but for Namibia’s diamond industry, further establishing the country’s reputation for excellence, sustainability, and ethical craftsmanship on the global luxury stage,” notes the company.
TaTe Diamonds founder and chief executive T. taShi Shiimi-Ya-Shiimi highlights the brand’s commitment to transparency and authenticity through every step of the process.
“Our commitment goes beyond creating exquisite jewellery; we are dedicated to ensuring that each diamond tells a powerful story of ethical sourcing, artisanal craftsmanship, and Namibian pride. It is essential for us that both our international and Namibian clients connect with the exceptional journey and brilliance behind every piece,” he says.
