The Diamond Board of Namibia held its first One-on-One meeting on 16 June 2025 with the Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Industries, Mines and Energy, the Deputy Minister, as well as the Executive Director at the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy.
The objective of the meeting was to provide the Minister with a comprehensive overview of the Diamond Board’s mandate and activities, share insights into the progress achieved thus far, and engage in a discussion on current market trends, and solutions to challenges faced by the diamond industry.
